Competitive Pay – Based on a seventy (70) hour monthly minimum guarantee, First Officers earn $90,720 in the First Year, Captains earn $137,760 in the First Year.
Major insurer coverage after sixty (60) days with choice of two (2) Medical Plans to choose from, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, AD&D, Critical Illness, and Accident Insurance. Our Company pays more than half of the monthly premium for Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage and pays for first $20,000 of Life Insurance for every Team Member.
401K Plan – To invest in your future and is available after sixty (60) days with generous 50% employer match for every dollar contributed up to an annual maximum of $10,000. All funds are immediately vested, no waiting period for Team Members.
We recognize time off is an important benefit to all Team Member and we provide Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued each month after sixty (60) days of employment with up to two (2) weeks in the first year.
Profit Sharing Plan – announced to all team members, based on the Company achieving its goals, and is, expected to be implemented in the third Quarter (3Q) of 2020.
